Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dt444 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any bet through the dt444 website at https://dt444.club or any associated mobile application, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of dt444. Continued use of the platform after any posted revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it before each session if you have any concerns about recent changes.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and dt444. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and any bonus-specific or promotional terms issued on the platform, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

Governing Language

These Terms are issued in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail. All formal communications between dt444 and the Player will be conducted in English.

Section 2

Eligibility and Age Restriction

To be eligible to open and maintain an account at dt444, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are a natural person (corporate accounts are not accepted).
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which doing so is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from dt444 or had an account terminated for violation of these Terms.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person, nor are you a professional gambler operating under an arrangement with a third party that would give rise to a conflict of interest.
• You are not an employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of any such person employed by dt444 or any of its affiliated game providers.
• You have only one active account at dt444. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited.

Age Verification Process

dt444 reserves the right to request proof of age documentation from any player at any time. Accepted documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence issued by the Bangladesh government. Where a player fails to provide satisfactory age verification within the timeframe specified by dt444, the account will be suspended and all pending withdrawals will be frozen until verification is completed. Any winnings generated during a period in which a player was under 18 years of age will be forfeited in full.

Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on dt444. If dt444 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual (identified by matching NID number, mobile wallet number, device fingerprint, IP address, or payment method), all duplicate accounts will be closed immediately. Balances from duplicate accounts may be forfeited, and bonuses claimed across multiple accounts will be cancelled in their entirety.

Section 3

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services available on dt444 — including real-money betting, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation — you must complete the account registration process and pass dt444's Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. Registration is free and open to all eligible players in Bangladesh.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your National Identity Card (NID).
• A valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• Your date of birth (confirming you are 18 years of age or older).
• Your preferred mobile wallet number (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket) for deposits and withdrawals.
• A unique password meeting dt444's minimum security requirements.

By submitting registration information, you warrant that all details provided are true and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or another person's information during registration is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

KYC Verification

dt444 is required to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a clear photograph or scan of a valid government-issued photo ID. Accepted documents are: Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID), valid Bangladeshi passport, or Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA) driving licence. Documents must be current, legible, and clearly show your full name, date of birth, and photograph.

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may continue to use the platform subject to lower deposit and withdrawal limits at the discretion of dt444. All withdrawal requests above ৳5,000 require completed KYC verification. dt444 may request re-verification at any time, including when unusual account activity is detected.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your dt444 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. dt444 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. Any activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your responsibility unless you have notified dt444 of unauthorised access promptly upon discovery. dt444 will not be liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to secure their account credentials.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on dt444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). dt444 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player balances. Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and direct bank transfer from Bangladeshi bank accounts held with City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction (unless a specific promotional minimum applies).
• Maximum deposit: subject to the method used and the player's KYC verification status; see the Cashier section of your account for current limits.
• bKash, Nagad, and Rocket deposits are credited to your dt444 wallet within 30 seconds of confirmed payment under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours to be credited depending on the processing times of the originating bank.
• dt444 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your mobile wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside dt444's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the transaction being reversed and the account being reviewed for compliance.

Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified mobile wallet registered in the player's name.
• Completed KYC verification is required for all withdrawals above ৳5,000.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours of approval. VIP players receive priority processing.
• dt444 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. These checks will not normally exceed 72 hours.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements of the bonus in question. Please review the applicable bonus terms before requesting a withdrawal that includes bonus-derived winnings.

Section 5

Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing any bet or participating in any game on dt444, you agree to the specific rules applicable to that product. General rules that apply across all betting and gaming products on dt444 are set out below; product-specific rules (cricket betting, live dealer games, slots, crash games, Dinosaur Tycoon) are published in the help section of each game or product area.

General Betting Rules

• All bets are placed in BDT at the odds or house edge displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by product: cricket betting from ৳50; slots from ৳10 per spin; live dealer tables from ৳100 per hand or round.
• dt444 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets placed on incorrectly priced markets due to technical errors, data feed failures, or human error. In such cases, the stake will be refunded to the player's account.
• Bets placed using funds that are subsequently identified as originating from fraudulent or unauthorised transactions will be voided and the relevant funds frozen pending investigation.
• dt444's decision on any disputed bet outcome is final, subject to the internal complaints procedure described in Section 7 of these Terms.

Cricket Betting

Live cricket betting markets on dt444 cover Bangladesh Tigers matches, BPL (Bangladesh Premier League), IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC ODI and Test series. In-play odds update in real time based on ball-by-ball match data. Markets include match winner, over totals, top batsman, wicket markets, and more. Where a match is abandoned, suspended, or results in a no-result under the relevant governing body's rules, bets will be settled in accordance with the rules published in the cricket betting help section. In the event of a dispute, the ruling of the relevant cricket governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI) is treated as definitive.

Slot and Instant Games

Slot games on dt444 are provided by licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game's return-to-player (RTP) percentage and specific rules are published within the game's information panel. Slot outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems and cannot be predicted or influenced by any player action beyond the standard gameplay mechanics. Progressive jackpot amounts displayed are approximate and reflect the most recent network-wide figure at the time of display.

Section 6

Bonuses and Promotions

dt444 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and free spin winnings are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) will be stated in the specific bonus terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the offer. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

• Each player is entitled to claim each bonus a maximum of once unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• dt444 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player opting in. Once a player has opted in and the bonus has been credited, the terms in place at the time of opt-in apply.
• Bonuses may not be claimed using multiple accounts. Any attempt to do so will result in all bonus amounts being forfeited and the accounts in question being reviewed for termination.
• Certain game types may contribute at different rates to wagering requirements — for example, live dealer games may contribute at 10% while slots contribute at 100%. These contribution rates are published in the specific bonus terms.
• dt444 reserves the right to request withdrawal of any bonus if it reasonably suspects that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.

VIP Programme

The dt444 VIP programme automatically tracks loyalty points with every qualifying bet. VIP tier upgrades, associated benefits (including priority withdrawal processing, dedicated account managers, and enhanced BDT deposit limits), and point redemption rules are governed by the VIP Programme Terms published on the VIP page. dt444 reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, point values, and programme benefits at any time with reasonable notice provided to affected players.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on dt444. Players found to have engaged in any of the conduct listed below are subject to immediate account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.

• Registering more than one account — each player may hold only one active dt444 account at any time.
• Providing false registration information — including false name, date of birth, NID details, or mobile wallet ownership.
• Underage gambling — any attempt to access dt444 by a person under the age of 18, or any adult who knowingly facilitates underage access.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game, tournament, or betting market.
• Bonus abuse — systematic exploitation of bonus offers through multi-accounting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional terms.
• Money laundering — using dt444's deposit and withdrawal facilities to layer, transfer, or conceal funds derived from illegal activities.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback with a payment provider after funds have been credited and used for betting. All chargeback disputes will be contested by dt444, and accounts subject to a chargeback will be suspended pending resolution.
• Use of automated betting software — the use of bots, scripts, macros, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting technical errors — deliberately exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Harassment of staff or other players — abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications directed at dt444 support staff or other players via any channel.

Section 8

Account Termination and Suspension

dt444 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if dt444 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account has been used in breach of these Terms, if required by applicable law or regulation, or if dt444 determines in its sole discretion that continuing to offer services to the player would expose the platform to unacceptable legal, financial, or reputational risk.

Player-Requested Closure

Players who wish to close their dt444 account voluntarily may do so by contacting support at [email protected]. Players requesting account closure for responsible gaming reasons (i.e., self-exclusion) will have their account immediately blocked for a minimum period of six months, during which the account cannot be reopened regardless of any subsequent request. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified mobile wallet within 5 business days, after deduction of any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Effect of Termination

Upon account termination for breach of these Terms, dt444 reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and forfeit any balance derived from prohibited conduct. Where the balance includes a demonstrable real-money component that was not involved in any breach, dt444 will consider a partial return of funds at its sole discretion. These Terms — and all obligations and rights arising under them — survive account termination to the extent necessary to enforce their provisions.

Amendments to These Terms

dt444 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number held on account, or via a prominent notice on the dt444 homepage. The revised Terms will take effect 7 days after publication for existing players, or immediately for new registrations. If you object to any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the platform and close your account in accordance with the voluntary closure procedure above.

Contact and Complaints

All formal complaints regarding the operation of dt444 — including disputes over bet settlement, withdrawal processing, bonus terms, or account decisions — should be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint" and a clear description of the issue, the relevant account details, and any supporting documentation. dt444 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and will issue a full written response within 14 days. Players who are not satisfied with dt444's response after completing the internal complaints process may seek independent dispute resolution through a third-party mediation service.
